Our Return Policy holds a 60 day money back guarantee for request made within 60 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please notify Customer Relations department immediately.
We will gladly issue a full refund for all returned unopened merchandise, providing that it is returned within 60 days. Any opened merchandise will be charged at the full retail purchase price. Customers wishing to initiate a return must be in contact with our Customers Relations department informing us of their request and receive further instruction therein before any refund will be accepted. Shipping charges are non refundable and the returned product must be sent using a trackable shipping/mail service. You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise. Once the merchandise is in shipment we will require a copy of the shipping receipt to confirm its tracking number. Return requests made after 60 days of shipment will not be accepted. Returned merchandise that fails to follow the Terms & Conditions of our Return Policy will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other fees assessed upon importation by the customs agency of the destination country. If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package. We do not accept responsibility for packages delayed, denied, or destroyed by customs. |
